5 of Londons Coolest Restaurants You Need To Try

I am a total self confessed foodie. Primarily my heart lies with Fashion but I have an enormous interest for food and exploring new restaurants in the big smoke. I believe my love for food developed when I went travelling at the age of 18 on my own to Asia. I was fresh out of college and thought I new it all...boy was I wrong.

One of my fondest memories from travelling was when I was searching high and low for a good place to eat, judging each restaurant I passed and thinking no.. no....no when I finally asked a local where was the best place to eat. I was quickly summoned deep into a fresh food market and put on a low plastic stool. I was given a tray of fresh vegetables, prawns, rice paper and soy sauce- the man taught me how to make my own fresh spring rolls in about 2 minutes. It warms my heart when I think back to that memory because It was that very moment I discovered my love for the art that is food.

I have compiled a list of restaurants below which I have recently discovered in London or want to try out, enjoy and let me know what you think! Tag me on Instagram so I can see your food selfies- don't be ashamed!

Copita- Soho

Good honest Spanish tapas, in the back streets of Soho- don't judge a book by its cover! If your a Polpo lover this is the restaurant for you. I highly recommend the whipped truffle goats cheese and honey dip with toast......NOM.

German Gymnasium

in the heart of Kings Cross, all day luxury cafe and has an outdoor terrace. Mittel-European Cuisine.

Black Row

Calling all Sushi lovers... this Poke bar and grill restaurant in Mayfair is the bees knees- I haven't tried it yet but I've been told it's like 'someones created a piece of art on a plate'.

Dans Le Noir- Clerkenwell

A unique dining experience where you are served by blind waiters. I haven't added a photo for this one because of course the restaurant is pitch which is probably why they don't have an Instagram as people can't tag them (annoyingly).

Don't be fooled by the 'cheap' website design, this place has great reviews and I can't wait to try it out.

Farm Girl- Nottinghill

For all you bohemian lovers out there, I've found your 'go too' cafe. They do great brunches and rose lattes...yes rose, get your iPhones at the ready...this place is the perfect spot for an Instagram snap.
